Delivery Terms and Conditions

We will attempt to despatch items via Royal Mail within 48 hours, at busier times such as Christmas this may be a little longer. Delivery times may vary dependant on the postal service, however, goods within the UK should be delivered within 3-7 days of ordering, goods to Europe should be delivered within 5-10 days of ordering and goods Worldwide should be delivered within 7-14 days.

Out Of Stock Items

If any of the items that you have ordered are out of stock and we are unable to complete your order we will contact you by email or telephone. You may wish to take a part delivery or cancel your order at this point. We will of course endeavour to complete your order within ten days however, with some items the lead time may be slightly longer.

We will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order.

Damaged Goods

If you receive goods from us that have been damaged during delivery we will replace them. Provided that you notify us at within seven days of the receipt of the goods you may return the goods to our address at: Invicta Screen Printers, 18 Sandy Bury, Orpington, Kent, BR6 9SD. On receipt of faulty goods we will send a stamped addressed envelope so it will not cost you anything. We will then send your replacement items at no extra cost to you. When returning goods to us, please include a copy of the delivery address, the customer’s name, email address and telephone number.

If you fail to inform us of the damaged goods within seven days we will deem the goods to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and that you have accepted them and you will be liable to pay for all and any charges.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, call us on 01689 851087 during our opening hours of Monday-Friday 9.15am-5.00pm, or contact us by email at If the order has already been posted you will be unable to cancel the order. However, you may return the item for a full refund.
